ABOUT MOLLY WHITE
My legal practice is two-fold: I represent individuals and corporations in investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, and other regulators. I also practice commercial litigation. Before coming to McGuireWoods in 2012, I was a trial lawyer for the Securities and Exchange Commission in Los Angeles. As trial counsel, I was responsible for prosecuting the S.E.C.\'s enforcement actions, primarily in federal court. Since joining McGuireWoods, I have continued to litigate, representing corporations and financial institutions in complex business disputes, pending in both state and federal court.
