ABOUT MOLLY TUCKER MCCUE

In my role as the EY US-East Region Assurance Managing Partner, I lead efforts to build an environment which empowers over Assurance professionals across 18 offices to put quality at the center of the work we do. I am responsible for driving the transformation of our audit business in the East Region, enhancing consistency and quality and fostering growth and innovation in our advisory practices: Financial Accounting Advisory Services, Climate Change and Sustainability Services, and Forensic & Integrity Services. My previous role was US-East Audit Leader. In this position, I was instrumental in scaling continuous improvement and building engagement in our teams to drive quality. I also initiated Peer Days in the US-East Region offices to strengthen teaming post-COVID-19 and prioritized and expanded in-person training. Previously, I served as the Professional Practice Partner in the Northeast Region.In my nearly 30-year tenure at the firm, I have led multiple audit engagements in the media and entertainment industry and addressed numerous complex accounting matters, including: Revenue Recognition, Auditing, Financial Analysis, Accounting for complex transactions, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).In all my prior roles, as well as my current position, I have made it my mission to instill the importance of our firm’s values in everything I do. Whether working with a client or starting a new initiative within our own firm, I always emphasize the importance of teaming, learning, independence and acting with integrity.I earned a BS in Business Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio and received an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
