That involves managing a 12-person team of writers and editors, overseeing our editorial and e-commerce calendars, editing and guiding branded content, editing and shaping our three newsletters (Wake-Up Call, The Shop Edit, and Wake-Up Call at Work), optimizing for SEO, promoting organic growth, and safeguarding our overall style and tone. I spearheaded an overhaul of our editorial, social, and e-comm strategies, and hired new staff for our site and newsletter. Since I took over, the site\'s average monthly PVs have increased by more than 325%, our new visitor count has increased by 250%, and our affiliate revenue has quintupled.
