About Molly Silver

As a graduate of Indiana University, I believe the skills I have acquired through my studies and work experience make me the perfect fit to excel in my current position.My experience in retail sales at both the Buckle and Complete Nutrition, coupled with my degree in Kinesiology, have led me to pursue a job in the medical field. While at the Buckle, I consistently ranked in the top five for weekly sales, even though I was only employed part-time. The satisfaction of earning customers trust and seeing my name at the top of the list each week is why I have managed to work best with self motivation. While the Buckle taught me about competition and drive, my time at Complete Nutrition helped me to focus on presentation and product knowledge. Both positions required me to build and retain cliental, which I have successfully done by having a very personal approach. Working at Lincoln Financial Group, has showed me how important it is to follow up with clients and reps to keep business and provide the customer service each client deserves. Tremendous communication skills and product knowledge are my biggest assets. I am willing and wanting to work to better my company and myself every day. There is always room to grow and learn. Experiencing first hand how I can have a direct affect on how patients are being treated is just one more reason I am pursing this career path. You truly get to put these families and patients first. Working at Hopebridge Pediatric Specialist had also given me insight to the patients and families I have touched along with learning accuracy and precision with data entry.Lastly, being at Parkview Research Center for the last 7 years, has made a lasting impact. I not only have implemented our Clinical Trials Management System, I have had the privilege to train all staff on it and bring on an electric regulatory system as well. Project management and training have been the highlight of my career here. I have a true passion for the health care industry. I am open to relocation in order to pursue my career path.
