As an associate clinical supervisor I support children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder by designing individualized ABA programs that are grounded in evidence-based and naturalistic interventions. I work with families through parent and caregiver education, helping them build strategies that carry over into everyday routines across the home, school, and community settings. I conduct functional behavior assessments, analyze data and modify treatment accordingly, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compassionate and high-quality care for all clients. I also supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians as they deliver my treatment programs, offering hands-on guidance, real-time feedback, and collaborative problem solving to support effective client care.
