About Molly Santaniello

Currently an undergraduate student at Syracuse University double majoring in Neuroscience and Public Health with a commitment to advancing health equity through research, education, and clinical engagement. I most recently served as an intern with Brown Physicians, where I\'ve developed critical hard and soft skills through hands-on experience at Brown Neurology, previously interning at Brown University Health.My work spans cancer screening facilitation, event organization, patient consultations and care, public education, and interdisciplinary collaboration, equipping me to thrive in both academic and clinical environments. I am currently planning to pursue my MPH and M.D. post-graduation, with research interests at the intersection of neuroscience, public health, and health systems innovation to being a well-round physician.

   Assisted in outpatient visits, inpatient rounds across intensive care units, and the infusion suites, strengthening understanding of interdisciplinary care• Shadowed multiple movement disorder specialists, observing neurological physical exams, Parkinson’s assessments, Botox injections, and patient consultations• Work with faculty, clinical team, and analytics to redesign a functional infusion database to be used for research and reporting purposes• Work with leadership to develop improved patient experience based on clinic observations
