Played a key role in reducing month-end close down to five days to ensure IPO readiness and timely financial reporting.· Partners with global accounting teams and functions to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance for deliverables involving Stock Based Compensation and Payroll.· Prepares month-end, quarter-end & year-end flux analyses and close decks for presentation in monthly close meetings.· Conducts month-end accruals for Bills Register, Unprocessed Accounts Payable, Open Purchase Orders, and Marketing, Legal and Tax accruals· Assist managers in preparing capitalized software (ASC 350) schedules by collaborating with Engineering & Product teams to identify eligible software development costs.· Serve as a primary audit liaison, preparing and managing PBC requests for quarterly reviews and annual audits, contributing to timely SEC reporting and minimal audit adjustments. · Mentor junior accountants by providing guidance and training, while reviewing and approving journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.· Performs monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.· Reconcile and resolve variances in general ledger accounts.· Develop and document accounting procedures in compliance with US GAAP.· Assist in establishing and maintaining accounting control procedures and policies.· Manage the Fixed Asset Module (ASC 360) within Netsuite, including asset creation, depreciation, and disposal.
