I joined Allen associates having spent the previous 7 years working my way up to a director role within London’s leading estate agency business. I was responsible for driving new business forward and meeting demanding targets without compromising great relationships with my clients, whilst also managing a team of staff and the day to day operations of a busy office.In previous roles my success has been due a tenacious attitude and being prepared to go that extra mile for my clients, whilst ensuring that customer service remains at the heart of everything I do. I am now excited to be using these skills to assist in matching our clients to excellent candidates within Oxfordshire.
