Pairing Stern IR\'s deep knowledge of the investment landscape with PMG\'s premier biotechnology and pharma industry exposure, Dr. Podolefsky\'s ESG team offers a tailored approach to ESG, maximizing return on investment for firms in the biotech and life sciences industries. Molly leads a team of skilled investor relations and ESG professionals dedicated to helping life sciences firms define and manage material sustainability issues while leveraging ESG as a tool for value creation. From attracting sustainably-motivated investment dollars, to unlocking lower costs of capital, Dr. Podolefsky helps cutting edge biotech and life sciences firms solving today\'s healthcare challenges survive and thrive in a competitive landscape while satisfying increasing demands for sustainability. Before joining Stern IR, Molly led Guidehouse\'s global ESG solutions, working with firms across the health, biotech, private equity, real-estate, energy, fashion, food and beverage and consumer goods industries to develop and launch robust, research-based ESG programs. Dr. Podolefsky earned her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and leverages her deep expertise in behavioral science, consumer behavior, energy efficiency, renewable energy and natural resource conservation to help firms develop holistic, business-oriented approaches to ESG.
