About Molly Persigehl

As a Purchasing Lead at Kiewit, one of the largest and most respected construction and engineering companies in North America, I manage Kiewit Supply Network\'s Support Team in Central Purchasing. I work with a diverse team of buyers, suppliers, couriers, projects and districts, and other internal groups such as KTG and KBS to ensure quality, efficiency and best leverage systems and technology. I have a thorough understanding of GEP and SAP procurement systems, which is critical as our team receives requests pertaining to orders and invoices that can vary greatly day-to-day. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where I majored in Supply Chain Management and minored in Marketing and Management. I have developed strong skills in problem solving, communication, and customer relationship management, which I apply to my daily tasks and challenges. I am passionate about learning new things, improving processes, and creating value for the organization and its stakeholders. My goal is to grow professionally and contribute to the success and growth of Kiewit and the industry.
