Responsible for sourcing, closing, and enabling HVAC contractors as strategic partners to sell and install Quilt’s next-generation heating and cooling system. Work closely with contractors to help them understand the benefits of offering Quilt, provide training and support to ensure successful adoption, and build long-term relationships that drive mutual business success. Key Responsibilities- Identify and recruit HVAC contractors who align with Quilt’s vision and can become key channel partners- Build and manage relationships with HVAC contractors, developing long-term partnerships- Educate contractors on the benefits of Quilt’s system and how it integrates into their business model- Conduct sales onboarding and training to ensure contractors are equipped to sell Quilt systems effectively- Develop sales enablement tools and processes that support contractor sell-through, including playbooks, training materials, and more - Collaborate with marketing and partner success teams to provide contractors with the necessary resources and support- Maintain CRM hygiene and track all contractor interactions, sales pipeline progress, and partner performance metrics- Provide continuous feedback to internal teams to improve contractor experience and streamline sales processes- Help define Quilt’s go-to-market strategy for HVAC contractors and continuously refine best practices based on learnings.
