Molly Phelan heads the Chicago office of Siegel Jennings, Co, LPA - a national property tax law firm that services commercial/industrial/multi-family investment grade properties. She has helped her clients avoid millions of dollars in property tax liabilities. She helps clients identify, maximize and protect the full potential of their real estate assets, minimize related tax liabilities, and resolve disputes with tax authorities and government entities. Molly advises real estate companies, investors, and businesses with extensive commercial and industrial real estate portfolios, and municipal organizations on a broad spectrum of real estate taxation matters, including tax assessment valuations, commercial development incentives, government incentives, reclassifications, exemptions, tax parcel divisions, large-scale municipal developments and Tax Increment Financing (TIF). “I take a holistic approach to real estate matters, and make every effort to help clients realize the greatest benefit possible in each real estate transaction and tax review.
