As an engineer at Pensa, I contribute to the development of innovative products by combining mechanical engineering, design, and hands-on prototyping. Working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, I support both internal and client-based projects, from brainstorming and concept development to prototyping and engineering validation. Some of my key responsibilities include developing 3D CAD models and assemblies (SolidWorks & Fusion 360), building prototypes and mockups using rapid and traditional fabrication methods, planning, executing, and analyzing engineering tests to refine designs, participating in design reviews and technical discussions, and collaborating with a team of designers and engineers to solve complex product challenges.This role allows me to enhance my skills in product development, manufacturing processes, and user-centered design while working on cutting-edge consumer products.
