ABOUT MOLLY INMAN

Molly Inman is currently the MEL Practice Director at Navanti Group. Previously, she was a Knowledge Management Specialist and MEL Advisor at USAID\'s Office of Transition Initiatives where she focused on cross program learning and evidence-based programming. Prior to that, she was an assistant teaching professor in Georgetown University\'s Conflict Resolution (CR) MA Program where she taught research methods, civil war, human rights, ethnic politics and political violence, intergroup relations, and conflict resolution policy. Dr. Inman has conducted trainings in research design and methods for both academic and industry settings in the US and abroad and continues to teach adjunct at Georgetown. She has also consulted on projects analyzing survey data from Syria, Libya, Somalia, and Kenya as a senior data consultant and was a USAID Democracy Fellow for impact evaluation. Her primary areas of research interest include democratic transitions, ethnic politics and violent conflict. She has published articles in the Journal of Conflict Resolution, Terrorism and Political Violence, and Journal of Organizational Behavior among others. Dr. Inman received her Ph.D. in comparative politics and international relations from the Government and Politics Department at the University of Maryland. Dr. Inman also has a M.A. in Democracy and Human Rights from the Universities of Sarajevo and Bologna and a B.A. in German and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
