I keep track of each deliverable/task and ensure our team meet deadlines. I participate in new process and procedure conversations for implementation and documentation purposes. I am the point of contact for external departments such as the Delivery, Business Development Managers, Enterprise Sales, Government Sales, and Salesforce Sales team. I help coordinate Discovery, Scope Review, and Internal/Client Kickoff calls. I also coordinate training sessions between Solutions Engineers and Solutions Engineers Apprentices. I handle all email responses to two of our Solutions email aliases. I work alongside the Solutions Engineers Managers and Director on a daily. Our Solutions Department is projected to grow 2 times in size by EOY.Business Development Recruiter Specialist Jan 2021 - Aug 2021I helped create the hiring process for this department alongside the Business Development Operations Manager and VP of Revenue by utilizing the LinkedIn platform to recruit potential Business Development Managers. Recruits that come through the hiring pipeline get entered into the Lever system for tracking purposes. I pitched the Bitwise Industries story to potential recruits and helped coordinate meetings between recruits, the VP of Revenue, and team members. I also helped train 2 additional Business Development Recruiter Specialists.Apprentice Sept 2019 - Dec 2020 I built a small digital business from the ground up, and I also learned how to create my website, effectively run ads on multiple platforms and I\'ve learned how to market the business through social media, copy writing, and graphic design. I\'ve also learned the PHP computer language and have been exposed to Laravel\'s framework. MySQL was taught to us. Cyber security was also introduced, so I am familiar with this area.
