About Molly Hemmen
I’m a registered nurse currently specializing in neonatal intensive care and providing high-acuity care to critically ill newborns in a Level IV NICU. I’m passionate about delivering evidence-based, compassionate care while working alongside a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Colorado Mesa University, and prior to that, completed an Associate of Arts Degree with an emphasis in Pre-Nursing Sciences at Colorado Mountain College, graduating with distinct honors. I hold active RN licenses in Texas, Colorado, and Illinois, allowing me to provide care across diverse settings when opportunities arise. I’m currently working toward my RNC-NIC certification to deepen my expertise in neonatal intensive care and further elevate the standard of care I provide. In my free time, I am an active alum member of Gamma Phi Beta. I value mentorship, collaboration, and connection—particularly with other nurses, medical professionals, and fellow alumnae.
