1. Esl Teacher

   As an online ESL teacher I provid one-on-one lessons to children and adult students across the globe, primarily in China, through an online platform using an American-based curriculum. Lessons are taught in real-time, providing me the opportunity to engage with the students. VIPKID’s mission is to inspire and empower every child for the future, focused on the concept that all students learn differently. To adhere to the mission of VIPKID, I am able to utilize my strength of adjusting my teaching style instantaneously in each class to individualize the lesson to meet the needs of each student.During the twenty five minutes classes, I guide the student’s enhancement of English skills through reading, writing, grammar, social studies, and math activities. When class concludes, I provid the student (and parent when applicable) with written feedback where I highlight the student\'s strengths, areas to improve on, and suggest additional learning activities to be implemented in the home to continue the learning before the student\'s next lesson. Since I started at VIPKID I have taught almost 8,300 classes and nearly 1800 students.
