In 2015 The Moyer Foundation decided to expand their continuum of care for it\'s camper families and partners. As the Director, it was my role to launch an online library and personalized support delivery system, designing both user experience and operational capability to respond to hundreds of cases per year. The online resource center has experienced 200% yearly growth in online traffic since launch. Working with hundreds of local and national partners and subject matter experts, our library features content that is unique to our site and serves 6-10K people per month. Specific duties include- Client and Relationship Management: Building partnerships with 200+ local and national partners - Impact Measurement: Design delivery and measure impact through Google Analytics and SalesForce data. Present to partners, donors, board members and additional stakeholders - Sustainability, strategic planning and change management- Marketing, outreach, development and grant writing
