ABOUT MOLLY HARRIS

After spending years in fashion retail, I decided to transform my career path and become a licensed residential real estate sales-associate. I translated my past knowledge of marketing and selling a product into selling homes. I am extremely hard-working and highly motivated with a strong understanding of traditional retail businesses, as well as omni-channel retailing. After graduating with a degree in Marketing from Florida State University, I began my professional career working at the corporate offices of Ann Inc. LOFT in New York City as a merchandiser in the denim section of the business. LOFT gave me incomparable retail experience, teaching me how to understand and interpret the numbers and analytical logistics of a major retail corporation. Working between 50 and 60 hours each week under well respected retail veterans; I learned very quickly the strategies and tactics that are used in the retail world to achieve growing sales and company-wide success. After spending over a year and a half at LOFT, I was recruited back to Florida by HSN. I began work at HSN’s headquarters in St. Petersburg as a digital merchandiser in the fashion office, where I managed the entire business of apparel. When life moved me to Winter Park, Florida an opportunity arose to work as an assistant for a broker-associate at Kelly Price & Company. This career move provides me with an opportunity to be tested and challenged, while involving daily interaction with clients who yearn for the highest level of customer consideration and detail. I believe I have a unique and strong foundation in marketing and sales. My personality fits the profile of one who is successful, as I am a goal-oriented self-starter who is always working to better my results and achieve not only team goals, but mine as well. I am an extremely quick learner who takes direction well from superiors, as well as one who thrives off of achieving success that benefits the entire business.
