About Molly Harras
I attended the University of Texas at Dallas as a National Merit Scholar and Collegium V Honor\'s College student. I earned a place on the Dean’s list in seven of my eight semesters with an overall GPA of 3.9 in a mix of core and upper-level courses spanning several areas of study.In my several years at Pioneer Natural Resources, I\'ve been able to grow my skills in data analysis and engineering, becoming a subject matter expert in Alteryx and Power BI. Along with leading projects to automate and streamline processes throughout the company, I have dedicated time to mentoring and teaching. In 2022, I debuted a custom one-day course to introduce peers to building reports in Power BI with a complementing repository of internal tips and tricks articles.In 2023, I competed in and won the Alteryx Grand Prix at the Inspire conference, showcasing my ability to work under pressure and quickly provide accurate solutions. Now, in 2024, I am beginning my journey as an Alteryx ACE with the intention to help others in my community level-up their data engineering and analysis workflows.
