ABOUT MOLLY GREENE
I have devoted my career to working in pursuit of health and educational equity for young people. I have over twenty years of experience leading, designing and managing education, social emotional learning (SEL) and youth development programs and am passionate about providing youth with the supportive relationships, skills, resources and experiences they need to thrive. Having led the program design, program implementation and evaluation/learning functions in several national nonprofits, I am uniquely positioned to support nonprofits to develop an integrated approach to their program life cycle - ensuring impact/implementation data and stakeholder feedback inform program strategy, design and decision-making. I am deeply committed to being antiracist (as an individual, and holding teams and organizations accountable for being antiracist), and advancing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), racial justice and racial equity.
