ABOUT MOLLY GAAB

Hi there! My name is Molly Gaab and I recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Digital Media Studies and Design. Last summer I had the opportunity to serve as the Social Media Director for the La Crosse Steam (a collegiate summer softball team). It was in this role that I discovered my true career passion - building genuine connections with others and helping create unforgettable experiences that people carry with them for a lifetime. I saw firsthand how marketing, especially in the realm of social media, can spark emotion, create engagement and foster community. I also found that I am especially drawn to the sports and entertainment industry for its a place where energy, excitement, and emotion exist at the heart of every moment. Since then, I\'ve continued to develop my skills through an internship with the Small Business Development Center. There, I collaborated with nine small businesses on real marketing projects, assisting with SEO, website creation, social media strategy, content creation, and general marketing plans. This hands-on experience gave me exposure to a wide range of tools and tactics, and a deeper appreciation for purpose-driven marketing.
