As a Teacher Assistant at Papermoon Early Learning Center, where I had the opportunity to develop strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role, I supervised and cared for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, supporting daily operations that included maintaining a clean and safe environment, coordinating feeding schedules, and ensuring the overall well-being of each child. I also built strong relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and effectively communicating to ensure their children\'s needs were met. This experience honed my ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively with diverse teams, and build meaningful relationships—skills that are transferable and highly valuable in any corporate setting.
