Howdy! I\'m Molly Dalglish, a recent graduate of psychology and women\'s and gender studies student at Texas A&M University. Whoop! Over the last few years as an undergraduate, I had experience participating in student and on-campus organizations, studying abroad in Germany and Austria, and involvement in research labs and projects!I\'m dedicated to actively promoting diversity and inclusion. Through a solid foundation in research methodologies, I\'ve had the privilege of leading a student-led research project, contributing to the growing body of knowledge in my field.My experiences in cultural awareness initiatives at Texas A&M and as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee Education Chair for Alpha Omicron Pi taught me the importance of fostering environments of inclusion and acceptance. These experiences have driven me to co-found the Gay-Straight Alliance club, where open conversations about identity, inclusion, and problem-solving are encouraged.In my role as a Research Assistant in the PRIDE Research Lab, I\'ve analyzed neurodiversity literature and utilized statistical tools like SPSS to produce insightful reports. This multifaceted background has deepened my understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in both research and practice.With technical skills in SPSS, Jamovi, and a keen interest in research methodologies, I\'m enthusiastic about contributing to projects that make a meaningful impact on individuals and communities.
