ABOUT MOLLY CVITANOVIC

Currently a Manager in the Strategy and Planning group at Entergy Services in New Orleans, Louisiana. In this role, Molly guides the Finance Business Partner (FBP) Central Program Office, serving as a lead for FBP\'s initiatives related to People, Process and Projects. Specifically, Molly leads a team that helps to implement new or modified business processes and organizational structures to deliver a leaner, more efficient business while maintaining and improving service delivery. In addition, Molly leads the Enterprise scorecard which is detailed view of key performance indicators for the company.Prior to her current role, Molly had a key role in the strategy development processes for the company. Specifically, Molly worked to make sure the executive leadership team had what they needed to drive company strategy and managed the periodic Strategy Group and Board of Director meetings that aim to set company strategy and provide updates on strategy execution.Molly joined Entergy in 2014 after working for Ernst & Young and has held numerous roles within the company which include roles in finance, regulatory, project management, and change management.During her time at Entergy, Molly has also been involved in strategic initiatives including the development of company-wide financial and ratemaking training and a key team member of the Employee Driven Excellence team to drive efficiency opportunities throughout the company.Molly is a proud alumnus of Louisiana State University where she received her bachelor and master’s degrees in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant in both Louisiana and Texas where she earned the Top 10 Award for Highest Scores on Initial Sitting in Texas. She is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Project Management Professional (PMP).Outside of work, she is a mother of three boys and lives in New Orleans. Molly sits on the board of the Kids’ Chance of Louisiana which awards scholarships to the children of Louisiana workers who have been killed or permanently and totally disabled in an accident compensable under a state of federal Workers’ Compensation Act or law.
