With over 18 years of experience across multiple facets of leadership, training, & organizational development, I have devoted my career to empowering individuals to achieve their potential. My journey has taken me from the dynamic environment of a nationally-recognized family business where I worked my way up from guest service roles to executive-level responsibilities. My strong foundation in HR, training, & operations led me to founding my own coaching company, where I help leaders coach, motivate, & communicate for greater performance and results.My career began at Dakota King, Inc./Burger King, where I held several key roles, each contributing to the growth & success of the organization. As the HR Training & Development Coordinator, I planned & executed training projects for a wide range of personnel, from front-line Team Members to Top-Level Executives. My work included assisting DOs with semi-annual reviews, creating new hire orientation programs, & outlining training requirements through our “Ladder of Success” initiative. I also addressed service issues & updated our Guest Service Course to enhance Team Member performance. I implemented a tuition-reimbursement program to improve Assistant Manager education & retention, demonstrating my commitment to employee development. My responsibilities further expanded to payroll, where I processed semi-monthly, multi-state payroll for approximately 1,500 employees. My ability to manage daily responsibilities while meeting strict deadlines was key to maintaining smooth operations. Lastly, I managed public relations initiatives, such as “The Gift of Life” Organ Donor Program and the BK® Book Club Reading Program, demonstrating my ability to influence & manage large-scale campaigns. From there, I ventured into the world of coaching & personal development by founding Empowered Coaching, LLC. As a ICF PCC certified executive & leadership coach I have delivered over 1,500 hours of coaching & training to individuals & organizations. My expertise spans leadership development, Positive Intelligence, Enneagram, & Relation Intelligence coaching, all aimed at helping leaders unlock their potential & drive meaningful change within their organizations.Currently, I serve as the Executive Director of the GreatLIFE Cares Foundation, where I lead initiatives that benefit children & families in the Sioux Falls community. My role involves everything from strategic planning & operations management to fundraising & public speaking. I am proud to be the spokesperson and liaison for the organization.

The CoachHub “mobile coaching cloud” allows personalized live coaching sessions via video conferencing on their platform. It supports the coaching process through digital learning and progress tracking. In regular sessions, I support managers as they better their leadership, teams as they improve their group performance, and individual contributors level up their personal and professional growth.
