About Molly Busser
Previously in my role at Abercrombie & Fitch, I exceled in driving the sourcing and execution of global marketing campaigns through strategic supplier management, risk assessment and pricing negotiations with meticulous attention to detail. My role was integral in providing industry standard best practices while ensuring every aspect of the process was streamlined for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.In partnership with suppliers and internal stakeholders, I enhanced manufacturing processes leading to tangible improvements in speed to market and campaign execution. In recent years I helped set up our international offices in Europe and China with local suppliers to support their regional operating model resulting in increased agility and significant cost savings. The skills I’ve obtained over my tenure include process optimization, value engineering, budget management, cost avoidance, and team collaboration and mentorship all while exhibiting a strong commitment to professionalism, curiosity, innovation and quality.Additionally, through managing a team, being a mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and continually exposing myself to further education I’ve learned to be comfortable with being uncomfortable in the pursuit of expanding my knowledge and leadership abilities.
