ABOUT MOLLY BROWN
I’m an aspiring Sport and Exercise Psychologist with a strong foundation in athlete wellbeing, performance psychology, and emotional resilience. My passion lies in supporting athletes to thrive in challenging environments, navigate injury, and unlock their full potential through evidence-based psychological strategies.With an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology and a BSc in Psychology (Sport, Health, and Exercise), with key modules such as Psychological Skills for Practitioners, Social Processes in Exercise and Sport, mental health, and wellbeing in Elite Sport Performance LifestyleA former rugby scholar for Brunel University and player with Ealing Trailfinders Academy, I’ve experienced first-hand the mental demands of elite sport. I bring this lived experience to my work, alongside a background in educational support and coaching. I’ve worked with children in ballet and swimming, and supported young people with complex needs as a teaching assistant, always focusing on individualised, trauma-informed care.Driven by a desire to build holistic, person-first environments in sport where wellbeing, identity, and performance are all supported equally.
