Through June 2025, I advised Ministries of Health in 12 countries on quality planning and implementation of neglected tropical disease (NTD) mass drug administration (MDA) campaigns, and surveillance, and sustainable case management. Selected accomplishments:• Ensured development of quality, detailed lymphatic filariasis (LF) elimination dossiers, resulting in recognition of disease elimination by WHO in 3 countries and draft dossiers in 5 other countries. • Oversaw tool development, training, and implementation of ~150 epidemiological surveys annually, ensuring quality, reproducible data and documentation.• Developed systems for quality improvement to overcome elimination barriers through creating tools and knowledge sharing platforms, and synthesizing complex data, resulting in improved implementation of MDA and surveillance.• Co-led a community of practice for global implementation research and data compilation related to those ‘never treated’ in MDA campaigns, including creating a WHO guidance document from results of technical meetings and data analysis.
