ABOUT MOLLY BENNETT
I am currently working as part of Morson\'s HR Outsourcing Team as an Early Careers Advisor. I am a consultant with a passion for empowering young professionals and facilitating their successful transition into the workforce. Throughout my career, I have harnessed a passion for evaluating and enhancing apprentice and graduate programs to optimise talent development and organisational growth. Currently, I am proud to be serving as an Early Careers Advisor at Urenco, a global leader in the nuclear industry. In this role, I am entrusted with the responsibility of reviewing and refining Urenco\'s apprentice and graduate provisions to ensure they align with industry best practices and meet the evolving needs of both the organisation and its aspiring talents. Previously, I worked as a part of Morson\'s internal Talent Team, my focuses were on both graduate recruitment and in supporting our Recruitment Academy programme for emerging talent - with our incredible cohorts\' now billing over £1 million, after just one year! I completed my undergrad at Durham in Applied Psychology, and went on to complete my Masters at Manchester in Occupational Psychology, and this along my passion for developing people means that I also support in our internal Learning and Development functions.
