   As the AVP, Digital Marketing at AuguStar Retirement, I spearhead the organization’s presence through an array of digital channels to deliver memorable brand experiences.Being a part of our shared services marketing group, I work to support our sales team, partners and other internal stakeholders in providing them with the brand awareness, and campaign support needed to successfully execute against their key initiatives. Campaigns executed include micro sites and web landing pages, email campaigns, digital events, paid search, social and programmatic efforts to create an omni-channel outreach strategy.As a supplement to our paid efforts, I own our digital editorial calendar and develop the content strategy for building awareness through organic posts, earned media and added value channels. I collaborate with our product strategists and communications team on an ongoing basis to develop organic content to increase brand awareness through posts, articles and press releases in a timely manner.My team is responsible for maintaining the content of our CMS, in conjunction with creating new digital properties, and collaborating with our internal development and security experts to move forth new architectural development efforts and implement strategic refinements to our current web properties.In addition to the digital initiatives, my responsibilities also include oversight of our in-house digital marketing team, associated agency partners, and key administrative functions such as managerial duties, budget allocations, and general department management.
