LEADER BUILDING SUSTAINABLE ORGANIZATIONSI realized my love of making order out of chaos as a child. At a new friend’s house in Lewisburg PA, when asked what I wanted to do, I suggested that we clean-up the friend’s room and organize the books. My skills in communication and diplomacy have improved over the intervening years, but I still love to create stability and improve how people live. I use my natural urge, curiosity, and skills to help organizations from all sectors — government, education, non profit and private — collaboratively advance their ideas for making the world a better place.Today, I am a leader with a record of organizational transformation achieved through team building, strategic planning, and capital investments. I help states and cities design and implement strategies for older adults, medically vulnerable populations, and under-resourced youth. I have been national leader for 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina. I am experienced in private, community-based, association, and local government sectors and have been widely recognized for bringing ideas and pilots to scale through strategic execution, systems development, partnerships and coalition building. I am happy to be front and center sharing compelling stories with others … and just as happy to pour over spreadsheets, conduct convenings, or use AI as tool to research latest trends, language and workforce needs.*Strategy and Vision*Built model systems and scaled programs and organizations across sectors.
