About Molly Jacobson
I lead Commonwealth Corporation, Massachusetts’ quasi-public workforce development agency, where we deploy millions of dollars annually to expand access to high-quality upskilling and training for youth and adults. My work crosses public policy, general management and operational execution — translating strategy into public programs that deliver results in constrained funding environments. Prior to CommCorp, I spent 13 years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), most recently as a Partner, advising senior leaders across government, nonprofit, and education systems on workforce development, postsecondary education, and economic development. I built and led large, interdisciplinary teams and was repeatedly recognized for excellence in managing people. I’m motivated by the idea of \"good jobs\"- how to create them, and how to help individuals reach them.

Partner with a public board, legislative and executive leadership, employers, training providers, and regional workforce systems to deliver measurable labor-market outcomes.
