About Molly Abraham
I have over 15 years of experience advising companies on complex legal issues and scaling teams.In private practice, I advised a wide range of companies, including JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Apollo Global Management, Morgan Stanley, and organizations such as the NBA.At Kitty Hawk, I led a 40+ person team comprised of legal, finance, HR and business operations as the General Counsel. I led the company through a significant M&A transaction to create Wisk, a joint venture with Boeing, and then served on the board of Wisk until it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Boeing. At Coinbase, I lead a talented team of 80+ lawyers and legal professionals to create new product and regulatory pathways to bring a billion people onchain. I lead our Corporate, Commercial and Product legal teams. I served on the board of Centre, a joint venture between Coinbase and Circle, until we completed a new transaction in 2023. As an engineer turned lawyer, I love advising innovative companies and enabling great products.
