ABOUT MOLLY RABE

I am passionate about creating a sense of community and belonging among students, as well as helping them develop their personal and professional skills. I am a skilled communicator, especially in social media and public relations, and I enjoy creating engaging and meaningful content for our students. I am also proficient in training development and facilitation, fundraising, recruitment and event planning. I am a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a positive and upbeat vibe to any team I am a part of. My goal is to make college a memorable and transformative time for all students.In my current role as the Education Manager with Gamma Phi Beta, I develop content for a variety of educational programs and oversee project management for training for collegians and volunteers. I have over five years of experience in the field of student affairs, with an additional two years in the nonprofit sector. My experiences have helped me gain expertise in leadership development, technical writing, event planning and student organization management.
