About Mollie Isaacks
As a learning design consultant, I bring an empathetic eye to the design process. Looking for ways to support the learner in engaging learning content and activities while also incorporating the needs of the client. My corporate experience spans over 15 years in a variety of individual contributor, leadership, and consulting roles, in industries including government, internet/SAAS, network engineering, biotechnology, and health care. With experience in designing and managing technical training, sales training and enablement, and vocational training programs, it’s likely I have experience that can be applied to your projects! As a professional coach, I help regular, everyday people avoid or recover from burnout. It’s not just executives that burn out! Anyone can burn out if we’re under prolonged stress and don’t have the tools to manage that level of stress. We can all get through some levels of stress. That’s part of being human. But the levels of stress we’re seeing now are truly off the charts. We need new tools and new ways of managing our stress. Part of my combined business has been to create a new online community, Dandelion Fields, for people recovering from burnout and looking for a private space to work through challenges and learn from others who have also been on that healing journey. I am dedicated to promoting inciteful learning and coaching to help clients improve their self-awareness, self-compassion, and confidence to overcome feelings of burnout and overwhelm, bringing the sparkle back into their lives!
