I\'m a cofounder of Birchbox, where I built the brand from day zero and learned how to connect with customers. Since then, I\'ve consulted with over two dozen startups on brand strategy and experience, as well as helped reposition, relaunch, and grow category leaders like Hungryroot and Coterie.
