   As the Strategic Initiatives Lead for Permanency and Adoption, I guide the development and execution of national resources and outreach efforts that support child welfare professionals, policymakers, and families. My work focuses on advancing systems-level improvements and promoting best practices that lead to permanency for children and youth—particularly through adoption, guardianship, and family reunification.I collaborate with federal partners, state agencies, and child welfare organizations to identify emerging needs, align content strategy with national priorities, and deliver timely, evidence-informed tools through the Child Welfare Information Gateway. My role bridges policy, practice, and public engagement, ensuring that professionals and families have access to the information and resources they need to make informed, child-centered decisions.With a focus on equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed approaches, I lead cross-functional initiatives that elevate the voices of lived experience and support continuous improvement in permanency outcomes nationwide.
