With extensive experience leading PMOs—across technology, financial services, and R&D industries—I have demonstrated excellence in managing delivery of transformational projects and programs, building talented global teams, and fostering collaborative cultures focused on business and technology needs. Currently serving as Senior Director, Head of Technology Delivery with Bread Financial—formerly Alliance Data Systems—I have spent the past two years leading the business of IT, contributing to strategic planning processes, forming a brand-new team, and championing the organization’s Agile transformation. In addition to holding accountability for delivery across IT & O, I oversee intake and demand management; technology portfolio, program, and project management; Scrum and Agile practices; and execution excellence. Recognized for the ability to create and deliver clear and concise messages to internal and external stakeholders, identify the operational and financial impact of decisions, and single-handedly drive initiatives from ideation through completion, I have demonstrated the ability to deliver what my manager coined as ‘an outsized impact’ on the organization. By hiring, training, and inspiring the technology delivery organization, I was also able to improve engagement by 20 points, vital to achieving our transformation objectives. Earlier in my journey with the company, I directed Enterprise Project Management and the Enterprise PMO, where I also championed multiyear technology transformation programs, optimized performance of an $80M project portfolio, and worked diligently to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. Leading CX initiatives, digital product redesign, and a widespread system conversion were just a few of the areas of focus during this 4-year period. Ultimately leading the Enterprise PMO, I managed a massive technology transformation program with 100+ projects in the portfolio. Prior to my current employer, I worked with the not-for-profit EWI as the Director of the PMO, establishing their first Project Delivery Framework, heightening project governance, better defining roles and expectations, and curating VoC feedback to inform actions. As a result, we saw a 30% lift in on-time project delivery, capitalized on continuous performance improvement, and launched a new R&D facility in response to demand. In addition to experience, I possess dual advanced degrees including an MA in Political Science and an MBA that I completed while working full-time.
