Helping the healthcare sector build the next generation of conversational agents with our web app and proprietary AI toolkits- Defining the strategy and product roadmap (while aligning with the overall company goals)- Prioritizing problems to solve for our customers - Executing the plan with the engineer and design team - Supporting marketing, sales, and customer success colleagues with product knowledge - Lead the design and development of InstaStack, an application that turns business data into conversational agents in minutes reducing their time to launch from months to weeks while making them more conversational. We built a document indexer that turn paragraphs into numerical vectors making it faster to retrieve the best paragraph to answer a user question. Then, we paired our technology with GPT-3.5, Bloom, and our fine-tuned LLMs to generate contextually relevant responses from those paragraphs- Launched our verification of benefits (VoB) feature to enable healthcare providers customers verify their benefits and get a result through chat without having to speak to anyone. This has reduced the cost of qualifying leads by over XX%- Launched a new dashboard that shows customers conversational insights and enables them to track performance so they can optimize their flows and conversions- Defined product requirements to develop and launch Botco.ai\'s Training 2.0 module, a user friendly and self-serving way for our customers to train thousands of inputs at once using our proprietary NLP technology and clustering algorithms reducing training efforts by XX%- Leading the design of a new version of our conversational AI authoring tool to increase self-serve usage and reduce time to market.
