Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees interested in contract, contract to hire and direct placement employment• Work in conjunction with Sourcing Specialists to fulfill open client requisitions• Perform necessary contractor screening to ensure the contractors\' qualifications meet open positions (i.e. interviews, reference checks, skills testing, background checks, and drug testing)• Maintain and manage contractor work force such as attendance & lateness, and take disciplinary action as needed• Maintain daily spreadsheets and call sheets• Identify and participate in networking activities such as attending career fairs and cold calling schools, organizations, and outplacement services • Administer safety training to employees and provide paperwork for hiring purposes• Maintain a professional work environment
