Mo is an award-winning senior global executive with a successful track record of leading and inspiring high performing teams to deliver incredible results and a customer focus.While President and Chief Operating Officer of RingCentral, Mo was responsible for Product, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Customer Experience & Success as well as Strategy. During his tenure, RingCentral shifted from a single product to multi product company, and grew reoccurring revenue by over 20% to $2.2B per year. He simultaneously transformed the way RingCentral operates, nearly quadrupling annualized free cash flow to over $320M while near doubling margin from 10.5% to 19.4%. Prior to joining RingCentral, Mo spent 20 years at AT & T in a variety of senior executive technology, product, cloud, marketing and sales roles, including Chief Product & Platform Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of AT & T Business, where he oversaw $36B of annual revenue, all product and marketing responsibilities, as well as go-to-market sales for digital, wholesale, and indirect channels. He had the privilege of leading remarkable people with the singular purpose of enabling customers’ business success! Under Katibeh\'s leadership, AT & T established a multi-billion-dollar communications, collaboration, and security business, driving market leading growth through development and deployment of innovative cloud-based technologies. Mo has also led one of the largest 5G and Broadband deployments in the world, with the largest capital investment in AT & T\'s history and a global workforce of over 50K. And speaking of 5G, Mo had the privilege of being the first hologram transmitted over 5G (which he had dreamed about ever since seeing Star Wars!)Forbes recognized Mo as one of the World\'s Most Influential CMOs in 2019 and 2020.Opinions are Mo’s own – and may be quite passionate if they are about technology, music, photography, or books!
