Key recent transformation/solution deliverables for Openreach • Field solution for planning, Survey & costing capability to enable partners for FTTP rollout • MDU specific Survey capability for FTTP rollout • Fast track MVP solution for field for Sweeper program • E2E Fiber build tracking Fiber Plan & Build Tribe Solution Design Lead (FTTP Brownfield including SDU and MDU) working for Openreach UK responsible for the accelerate fiber rollout project which involves • Analyze various business problems/initiatives in fiber P&B journey and ideate the solution, define MVP and roadmap for full solution with value proposition. • Design Solution coving both desk and mobile solution, making data available at various stages for reporting and analysis. • Process digitization and transformation to bring automations including use of RPA. • E2E solution dealing with various groups of users internal and external users, multiple application on various platforms, integration and data flow between applications to enable full journey, B2B interaction • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Management, Process designer, Transformation team, stakeholders, UI/UX designers, E2E tester and development teams during the life cycle of the solution. • Participate squad specific design spike and design review to ensure adherence to the requirements for end goal, reusability and comply with platform standards and architecture strategy of the organization. • Maintain relationships and collaborates with different platform architects and e2e Enterprise Architect to get approval on proposed solutions.
