Perform QC testing and evaluate data against predetermined specifications for raw materials, in-process samples, and final products using instruments such as ICP, HPLC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and ELISA.• Participate in product excursion investigations, including alert levels, corrective actions, out-of-specification (OOS), out-of-trend (OOT), and non-conformance incidents (NCI).• Support process improvements through system enhancements and method optimization.• Write and revise QC methods, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work procedures (WPs); assist with maintaining reference standards and associated documentation; contribute to product specification updates and QC peer reviews.• Apply Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) from sample login to completion of test runs.• Tests, Devices and Samples: Assay of Active Ingredients, Heavy Metal Detection, Residual Solvent Analysis, Conductivity, Moisture Content Analysis, ICP, HPLC, UV-Vis, FTIR, ELISA, Tablets, Capsules, Softgels, Liquid Extracts, Essential Oils, and vitamin supplements.
