Early in my career, I held a senior executive role across the US, Japan, and Europe, contributing to $2.8B in revenue. Today, I apply the same strategic rigor to reimagining how communities learn, innovate, and build solutions together.As Founder and CEO of SolveCC, I lead a civic innovation platform that empowers underrepresented innovators, particularly students and emerging leaders, to design and build the futures they envision. While initially focused on the community college ecosystem, our broader mission is to create scalable, community-centered models for learning, innovation, and agency. In under three years, SolveCC has engaged 3,500+ students and community members through real-world design sprints and innovation challenges. This work builds on over a decade of experience in public storytelling and systems convening.
