Under his strategic leadership, Prime Real Estate Group has successfully developed and managed over 5 million square feet of business parks, retail centers, hotels, and office properties, with an estimated portfolio valuation of $1 billion.Expanding his real estate footprint, Mr. Bhamani has recently ventured into the development of luxury condominium towers in British Columbia, with over 300 residential units currently in development and in the pipeline. In addition to real estate, he oversees a diverse family office portfolio that includes Canadian real estate holdings, ownership of a leading insurance brokerage in Canada, a majority interest in a restaurant group, and a robust real estate portfolio in Texas.
