Moises Alvarez has been originating loans in the Florida mortgage industry for the past 15 years. He offers a breadth of knowledge from his mortgage experience, as well as tax care. Moises joined the team of mortgage experts at Freedom Mortgage in September2017. He understands the importance that his clients place on having someone they can trust and rely on during the complex loan process. Moises’ goal is to make you his customer for life by providing the service you expect and deserve. Some of his biggest accomplishments include creating a company called Tax Care that provides hundreds of new jobs and saving business owners millions in taxes. As well known realtor educator, Moises conducts seminars on real estate taxes, foreign national investors, FIRPTA and qualifying self-employed borrowers. He has hosted more than 300 educational workshops in the state of Florida within the past three years with Realtor groups such as; Century 21, Re/Max, Exit,La Rosa Realty, BREIA, Keller Williams, International Realty and many more. Moises has a beautiful wife, Brandi and three lovely daughters, Aryana, Abigail, and Allyssa. He enjoys cooking, learning, spending time with family and is a former cartoonist for an underground paper called Orlando Weekly, where he is affectionately known as Moose.
