I am passionate about the intersection of technology and finance. I am 100% a proud nerd who has always had tech skills and now paired with my CPA, CA, I\'ve managed to turn that into a career I love at Deloitte. I\'m the Innovation Leader for Audit and Assurance. I get to figure out how tech is going to change the future of audit, accounting and financial reporting and then I have the privilege of working with our internal teams and clients on these topics. Topics like GenAI, algorithm assurance, automation and blockchain to name a few. I\'m passionate about giving back. In my free time I\'m a founding board member of the Canadian Blockchain Consortium. I\'m showing my baby girl and boy that they can be anything they want to be, while also cheering my husband on at his passion, Screaming Retriever Brewing Company.
