ABOUT MOIN SHAIKH

With over 14 years of experience in pricing, strategy, and analytics, I am a Senior Manager at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, a leading provider of industrial metrology solutions. In this role, I am responsible for developing and executing the global pricing and portfolio strategy, leveraging advanced analytics and market insights to optimize revenue and margin performance. Prior to joining Hexagon, I worked as a Price and Value Engineering Specialist at Vestas, a global leader in wind energy, where I delivered pricing recommendations and value propositions for large-scale wind power projects across regions. I also established the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACoE) team at Johnson Controls – Hitachi, a joint venture in the HVAC industry, where I identified and leveraged pricing and margin improvement opportunities, through methods such as profit bridge analysis and deal tracking. Additionally, I have led and contributed to various consulting and analytics projects for clients from diverse sectors, such as retail, telecom, media, and non-profit, delivering deep insights and actionable recommendations to achieve financial, strategic, and market share goals. I am passionate about solving complex business problems using data-driven approaches and creating value for customers and stakeholders. I have a strong academic background in engineering, business, and analytics, with multiple degrees and certifications from reputable institutions. I have also developed a wide range of skills and competencies, such as profitability improvement, problem solving, return on investment, communication, and leadership, that enable me to excel in my field of expertise.
