I started my journey from Cogent Pvt. Ltd. I worked in Cogent till 18 months. If i talked about my roles and responsibilities over there so I was a Customer care executive. There i was working in Airtel 121 process in inbound. I used to handle those customers who used to call on Airtel helpline number due to network issue, PUK, Sim lost, Offers/Recharges, etc. Then i got promotion as a Saarthi and i used to handle 5-6 people team. As a Saarthi I used to handle those employees of the floor who were unable to met the target and KRA\'s. Management got impressed by my performance so Management decided to promote me as a Nestor. As a Nestor i was working like Assistance Trainer. After that i applied on Tech Mahindra, Noida. I was working from home. I worked till 22 months in Tech Mahindra. There i handled customers through Inbound, Outbound, Email. I also handled Customers as a Backend Executive. I also used to handle 14 to 20 people team. I used to share all reports and i also used to audit the calls, taking Briefing and Training Sessions etc. Then i joined RR Staffing & HR Services as a Senior HR. There i am handling 10-12 peoples team I also take interviews over there and i also do hiring for Abroad like- UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Australia, New Zeeland, etc.
